Take the intimidation out of strength training with our 6-week Strong Start instructional small group program. Designed for beginners or those starting again- this guided course teaches you how to lift safely and effectively while building strength, muscle, endurance, confidence, and a foundation for long-term success.
You'll meet twice each week in a supportive small-group environment:
- Mondays at 5:00 PM
- Wednesdays at 6:00 AM
