Every great journey starts with someone willing to take the first step. This October, be that person! Gather your friends, family, or co-workers and experience a new kind of wellness journey together at Renew You Loft 365. Our Be the Hero Special makes it easier and more affordable to prioritize your health, build confidence, and discover what you're capable of alongside people who encourage you along the way. Bring a group of 3–6 people, and the larger your group, the more everyone saves on their monthly wellness membership!
Your journey begins with a guided 12-week jumpstart designed to help your group build strength, confidence, and comfort with movement. During the first six weeks, your group will receive two small-group personal coaching sessions per week, followed by one coached session per week for weeks 7–12. Along the way, you'll develop your skills, establish healthy habits, and gain the confidence to continue progressing toward your individual and shared goals. After your initial 12 weeks, you'll continue your journey with a custom program designed to keep you and your group moving forward. Your membership includes unlimited access to the Loft and everything it has to offer, giving you the freedom to explore movement, recovery, and wellness on your own schedule.
